Invenzo Labs’ platform and solutions helps consumer brands get their customers served through an omnichannel retail and hyper-local delivery model. The platform components equip consumers with product management, integrated marketplaces, multichannel / node order management, hyperlocal store connect, varied order types, and digitisation management. Here the customer can place an order and the system, by knowing customer location (or pin code), intelligently tags or forwards the order to the nearest store from the customer location. The store manager or owner receives the order in the Store connector App and then proceeds for delivery. The company claims that this is India’s first inventory-led hyperlocal service that is being provided to customers. This model successfully transforms already present network of existing stores to mini virtual fulfilment hubs and can also help setup dark stores for a better coverage percentage across the country. Furthermore, their platform has the ability of handling franchise sellers as well.
