JustCook’s main goal is to help chefs thrive, so they designed the JCK Food Hall concept around them. Their food halls are designed with technology in mind for every step of the chef and customer experience. Unlike many restaurants, they've focused on developing technology that improves customer experience, and helps chefs improve their menu offerings. 5th St. Food Hall is the first location managed by JustCook Kitchens Inc. and is planned to be the first of many. JustCook leases full commercial kitchen units in a food hall. With built-in technology and no front of house, chefs can focus on what they do best. It has four restaurants under one roof – Backstairs Burger, HOM, Seitan’s, and Three Foodies. JustCook also has a marketplace for cooking relating goods. JustCook Marketplace is a one-stop shop for great local coffee, kombucha, beer, spirits, snacks, sweets, and more. JustCook’s Marketplace includes a variety of hand-picked products including locally brewed beverages, Edmonton-made snacks, and other products by local businesses.
