Mad Over Donuts is a Singapore-based donut brand that first opened shop in 2008. In a decade since MOD rolled out its first outlet in Delhi in 2008, it has expanded to just four cities with 58 stores. The MOD brand was created in Singapore as was all the R&D that went into the product. Together the team has over 100 years of bakery experience which helped MOD perfect the recipe for its donuts. Most of their key ingredients and equipment have been sourced from Singapore. While they recently adopted a Make in India initiative for some of their equipment, their proprietary technology and ingredients will continue to come from Singapore. They have extended their menu to include waffles and bite-sized donuts as well.
