Nearpay Innovations Private Limited, incorporated on February 22, 2024, serves as the parent company of Nearwala. It is registered in Bangalore, Karnataka. Company Incorporation
After extensive testing and validation in real market settings. By the time of incorporation, we had onboarded over 50 merchants and attracted more than 1,000 users, following pilot runs in Calicut and select of Bangalore.
Raised Funding
Our initial seed funding of INR 25 lakh from a Hyderabad-based investor, who subsequently became our implementation partner in the city. We have successfully onboarded over 500 merchants and engaged more than 20,000 active users in Hyderabad.
