PLB Snacks (Eriloom Private Limited) is building India's home for the world's best snacks. We do two things: make our own — hand-crafted gourmet pork snacks (crackles, chorizo, saucisson) produced at our factory in Guwahati, Assam — and curate the world's — importing cult snack brands never before available in India. Our Thailand collection went live in July 2026 with 31 SKUs across salted egg, tom yum and mala flavours; Japan and Korea are next. Founded in 2021 by Gaurav Gogoi (ex-eBay, Zalando; ESSEC Paris) and Nirab Medhi (NICMAR; ex-DMart projects), PLB has served thousands of customers across India via plbsnacks.com, Amazon, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, and is expanding into premium retail.
