PLB Snacks is India's Explorer brand for the world's best snacks — curating cult international snack brands and crafting premium pork snacks in Guwahati, Assam.
PLB Snacks (Eriloom Private Limited) is building India's home for the world's best snacks. We do two things: make our own — hand-crafted gourmet pork snacks (crackles, chorizo, saucisson) produced at our factory in Guwahati, Assam — and curate the world's — importing cult snack brands never before available in India. Our Thailand collection went live in July 2026 with 31 SKUs across salted egg, tom yum and mala flavours; Japan and Korea are next. Founded in 2021 by Gaurav Gogoi (ex-eBay, Zalando; ESSEC Paris) and Nirab Medhi (NICMAR; ex-DMart projects), PLB has served thousands of customers across India via plbsnacks.com, Amazon, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, and is expanding into premium retail. Backed by NEDFi's North East Venture Fund.
