Conceptualised in 2016 and officially started in 2022, from the dorm room of VIT Vellore where all the three co-founders - Atulya Kaushik (CEO) ; Aashay Mishra (COO); Manish Agarwal (CMO) were roommates, PrepInsta aims to resolve the existing imbalance of career opportunities in India. The startup helps students with end to end placement preparation, skill building, learning to code. The startup claims that over 15 million students have used their platform to prepare for their first job. In April 2022, they launched their subscription platform PrepInsta Prime which ranges between Rs 3,000 to Rs 8,000 and subscription duration ranges between 3 months to 2 years. It has over 200+ courses under one subscription where students can access courses like AI/ML, Deep Learning, Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, DSA, C, C++, Java, Python & company specific courses for product and service based companies. All of its founders also won Forbes 30 under 30 award in 2023.
