It also helps in predicting shelf life for efficient inventory management and grading. The company’s vision comes from the fact that quality assessment and grading of fresh food (F&V) is highly inefficient throughout the supply chain, relying heavily on intuition and guesswork. This leads to huge potential revenue loss and lost opportunity for all the stakeholders.
