Established in 2015, Samco Ventures Private Limited aims to provide retail investors access to financial technology. The company was founded by Jimeet Modi and had acquired Samruddhi Stock Brokers Limited and re-branded it to Samco Securities. In 2015, Samco launched India’s first trading and investing championship Indian Trading League (ITL). The mission at Samco is to provide retail investors, access to sophisticated financial technology that can assist in creating wealth for retail investors at low costs. Today, they provide unique margin products to enable customers to make the most efficient use of their capital. They are striving hard to ensure the problems that the trading and investing industry is plagued with, are solved and low-cost access to capital markets is available for every Indian.
