Enterprise application software company SAP said it is will support Apollo Tyres Limited (ATL), in moving their digital core onto the cloud and transforming the company into an intelligent, sustainable enterprise.
SAP’s business transformation as a service- RISE With SAP brings the right products and tools in one package enabling companies to fast-track its cloud journey regardless of size, industry, cloud readiness, customization, volume, or departure point.
Under Apollo Tyres’ digitalisation efforts, moving to SAP’s integrated and secure cloud platform, will enable the company to secure the outer perimeter of its key systems, sweat its assets, innovate new products and services faster, and provide superior customer experiences.
Locobuzz unveils generative AI platform
Locobuzz, an enterprise software company, has launched ResponseGenie, an generative AI-powered response management capability for the digital customer support landscape and the way businesses interact with their customers.
This solution is to enhance customer engagement and experiences for businesses across the globe, as per the company, enabling them to handle high volumes of customer inquiries effortlessly across all digital touchpoints. Locobuzz claimed that with ResponseGenie, brands can ensure prompt, precise, and uniform responses in accordance with brand standards, while its social media teams can create better content quickly and efficiently with fewer resources.

NetApp appoints new head for Asia Pacific
NetApp, the data-centric software company, has appointed IT industry veteran and senior business executive Andrew Sotiropoulos as its Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific (APAC).
Based in Singapore, Sotiropoulos will preside over NetApp’s business and spearhead the company’s expansion plans in the region. Reporting to NetApp President Cesar Cernuda, his priorities include growing NetApp’s enterprise storage and cloud business, strengthening its partner ecosystem, and extending its leadership in regional markets.
Sotiropoulous has over three decades of experience in the technology industry. He most recently served as VP of Asia Pacific and Japan at Pure Storage. Andrew has also led teams at IBM and Lenovo.
Kaspersky gets new Head of Channel for Asia Pacific
Kaspersky, a cybersecurity company, has appointed Ernest Chai as the Head of Channel for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region from April 2023. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Chai is a seasoned sales executive.
As the new Head of Channel for Asia Pacific at Kaspersky, Chai aims to leverage his extensive experience to build cybersecurity expertise and expand the company's channel ecosystem, driving growth across the region. Prior to joining Kaspersky, he served as the Channel Director for the Storage Platforms and Solutions division of Dell Technologies in Asia Pacific and Japan.
