Infosys opens new centre in Oslo, Norway
Infosys, India’s leading IT services company, has opened a new centre in Oslo, Norway as part of its continued expansion plan in the Nordics. According to the company, the new centre will enable it to attract, re-skill, and up-skill local talent to work on global opportunities through next-gen technologies like cloud, AI, IoT, 5G, and software engineering.
Over the last few years,
has invested and expanded its footprint in the Nordic region, with fresh partnerships—including the one with Lefdal Mine Datacenter in Norway, strategic acquisitions such as Fluido in Finland and BASE Life Science in Denmark, as well as opening a new proximity centre in Gothenburg, Sweden.The new Oslo proximity centre will enable Infosys to partner and work even more closely with its regional customers including Telenor, one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, and DNB ASA—the largest bank in Norway, helping both organisations build and strengthen next-gen solutions and advance their digital transformation journeys.
Wipro launches 5G solution in partnership with Cisco
Wipro, a leading Indian technology services company, has launched a managed private 5G-as-a-service solution in partnership with Cisco. The new offering enables enterprise customers to achieve better business outcomes through the seamless integration of private 5G with their existing LAN/WAN/cloud infrastructure.
The managed private 5G from Cisco and Wipro supports organisations without having to acquire, run, and maintain a private 5G network. The 5G-as-a-service solution benefits enterprise customers by minimising the risks associated with upfront capital expenditure (capex) investments and expedites technology adoption as Wipro and Cisco take on the technical, operational, and commercial risks of implementing the solution.
The managed private 5G solution is built on Cisco’s industry-leading mobile core technology and Internet of Things (IoT) portfolio—spanning IoT sensors and gateways, device management software, as well as monitoring tools and dashboards. The solution is seamlessly built, run, and managed by Wipro for customers. To support the partnership, Wipro has created a dedicated private 5G lab to build, test, and demonstrate industry use cases.
Greenlight Financial Technology opens India office in Bengaluru
Greenlight Financial Technology, a fintech company, opened its first India office in Bengaluru and appointed of Sunil Shirguppi as SVP and Country Head of India.

The Greenlight India Development Center will help support the company’s next phase of growth as it continues to expand its suite of family banking, education, and safety products and reach millions more families.
As a key hub for software development activities, the Greenlight IDC will leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other cutting-edge technologies to enhance existing product features and develop new capabilities. The IDC team will focus software development efforts comprehensively across Greenlight’s banking platform, new product development, data analytics, risk engineering, and more.
Automation Anywhere partners with AWS for AI solutions
Automation Anywhere is working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to bring automation and generative AI innovations to the market. Leveraging Amazon SageMaker JumpStart, a service that delivers open-source, pre-trained models and Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service from AWS that makes pre-trained Foundation Models (FMs) accessible via an API, Automation Anywhere aims to offer choice, flexibility and reliability for their generative AI deployments.
Working together since 2017, Automation Anywhere previously launched its cloud-native RPA solution on AWS.
Automation Anywhere has joined the AWS Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Programme, a co-sell programme for AWS Partners that provides software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS. The programme helps AWS Partners drive new business by directly connecting participating ISVs with the AWS Sales organisation.
The AWS ISV Accelerate Programme provides Automation Anywhere with co-sell support and benefits to meet customer needs through collaboration with AWS field sellers globally. Co-selling provides better customer outcomes and assures mutual commitment from AWS and its partners.
