TCS expands partnership with GE HealthCare

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its long-standing relationship with GE HealthCare Technologies, a leading global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions innovator, to help transform the latter’s IT operating model.

The partnership will focus on digitally transforming GE HealthCare’s global IT function by launching a new operating model for managing its application estate and driving innovation. TCS will manage the development, maintenance, rationalisation, and standardisation of its enterprise IT applications. Further, TCS will leverage advanced software engineering practices, combined with artificial intelligence and digital technologies to drive faster time to value realisation, operational resilience, and productivity.

This transformation will enable GE HealthCare to build a strong foundation for business growth and advance innovation, bringing intelligent care solutions to over one billion patients across more than 160 countries.

Cognizant inducts six women into Senior VP roles

Cognizant, one of the leading IT services companies, has strengthened its gender diversity quotient with the induction of six women into Senior Vice President roles. This includes promotions as well as new hires.

“These announcements are something we should collectively celebrate. Advancing diversity must be systemic, woven into everything we do starting with how we recruit and hire, develop, promote, engage and retain talent,” said Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar S.

Elisa de Rocca-Serra has been promoted to SVP, EMEA General Counsel, and Contract Lifecycle Risk Management (CLRM). Thea Hayden is now the SVP, Global Marketing. Patricia (Trish) Hunter-Dennehy was promoted to SVP, Healthcare Provider/Payor Business Unit. Sailaja Josyula was promoted as the SVP, Intuitive Operations and Automation (IOA) for the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) industry for the commercial markets in North America as well as global delivery. Archana Ramanakumar has been appointed as SVP, Industry Solutions Group (ISG). Sandra Natardonato is now SVP, Partnerships and Alliances.

Kore.ai launches new partner support programme

Kore.ai, an enterprise conversational AI platform (CAI) and solutions company, has announced a new partner programme to bolster the support it provides to its indirect sales channel. The Kore.ai Channel Partner Programme establishes a new tiered structure for channel partners and solution providers, and commits significant investments for each partner covering go-to-market (GTM), enablement and marketing support while providing additional resources.

Gartner estimated that the demand for CAI solutions is growing 55% year-on-year and the total spend is expected to touch $82 billion by 2028. Kore.ai plans to leverage the growing demand for CAI solutions through its partner programme by creating a robust, extensive, and diverse partnership ecosystem on a global scale, including technology partners, global system integrators, regional system integrators, resellers, solution providers, and strategic partners.

The company, which currently has more than 100 partners, plans to streamline its existing network while further strengthening it through streamlined support and joint offerings to drive accelerated growth and emerge as a standout leader in the conversational AI market space.

Dassault Systemes signs MoU with Telangana government’s T-works

Dassault Systèmes has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana’s T-works to set up a Startup Center of Excellence and introduce a 3DEXPERIENCE Works startup programme to engage early-stage hardware startups.

The Startup Center of Excellence in India, dedicated to revolutionising the IT engineering ecosystem in India, will support startups across industries such as aerospace and defence, transportation and mobility, and others.

With the signing of the MoU, Dassault Systèmes will equip the centre with the latest technologies, such as 3DEXPERIENCE Works, to drive future-ready innovation leveraging modern design and engineering solutions. The 3DEXPERIENCE Works startup programme will offer software, training and co-marketing resources to participating startups and help them succeed.

The Startup Center of Excellence will enable an innovation ecosystem that empowers next-generation startups to design, build and create prototypes of their products leveraging state-of-the-art equipment, design tools and mentoring across fields to accelerate the journey from ideation to product development.

Netskope unveils new partner programme

Netskope, a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technology company. has announced a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme, an extension of Netskope’s Evolve Partner programme.

The newly-formalised programme aims to help partners to expand their revenue streams with an additional route to market and profitable service offerings. The programme provides flexible licensing options, dedicated MSP Partner resources, and a new technical support accreditation that complements the Netskope Service Delivery Specialisation.

The increasing demand for cybersecurity-managed services represents one of the most significant growth opportunities for the partner ecosystem, according to Canalys. The market opportunity is expected to grow to $70 billion in 2023 as threat levels rise and the skills shortage widens. The new Netskope MSP programme enables partners to capitalise on the market trend and address evolving procurement preferences.

Capgemini unveils new AI solution in collaboration with Microsoft

Capgemini has introduced Azure Intelligent App Factory, developed in collaboration with Microsoft, which aims to empower organisations to scale responsible and sustainable generative AI capabilities for their business at speed.

This new co-created solution will see Capgemini and Microsoft combine their deep industry knowledge, cutting-edge resources, and market-leading technology, including the Microsoft Cloud, Azure OpenAI Service and Github Copilot, to transform business intelligence and drive tangible business outcomes across industries using generative AI.

The Azure Intelligent App Factory, built on industry-specific digital cloud-based platforms and powered by the Microsoft Cloud, is designed to help organisations maximise their AI investments, realise advanced business value in existing applications, and foster new innovations.
