L&T Technology Services signs MoU with PS Technology for rail safety
L&T Technology Services, an engineering services company, and PS Technology (PST)—a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad, a railroad crew training and management firm—have partnered around to bring cutting-edge simulation technology to the railways market in India and adjacent geographies.
The companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to focus on the design, development and supply of advanced AI-based simulation technologies, poised to significantly enhance the operational efficiency and safety of rail infrastructure in India and overseas.
As part of the agreement framework, LTTS and PST have established their first Customer Experience and R&D Center (CXC) in Faridabad near Delhi. This CXC will leverage new technologies around the design and supply of simulators, setting new standards in the railroad sector in India. The centre aims to provide unparalleled support and innovation, driving advancements in simulation and training capabilities for the Indian Railways.
Infosys bags deal from Danish company TDC Net
Infosys has collaborated with TDC Net, a Danish digital infrastructure and connectivity provider, to help them transform from a traditional infrastructure company to a customer-centric technology company. The collaboration aims to modernise TDC Net’s IT infrastructure, improve its customer experience, and help them optimise IT and operational service costs.
Through this collaboration, Infosys will standardise and simplify TDC Net’s IT systems by implementing AI-driven hyper-automation while adhering to industry-standard processes. This will help enhance business productivity by consolidating TDC Net’s IT systems into fewer platforms.
Kapture CX doubles its client base in Indonesia
Kapture CX, a GenAI-powered CX automation platform, recorded a 100% annual growth in the Indonesian market as part of its business growth strategy. Forayed in 2023, the platform has doubled its client base within the first year of its operations.

This collaboration aims to foster innovation and advance the development of technological solutions that can enable safe and secure drone operations and help the growth of drone-based applications in India.
