Quess Corp launches new GCC business segment
Quess Corp will provide end-to-end service for enterprises keen on setting up global capability centre in India and overseas,
Staffing services company Quess Corp has announced a new business division targeted at the global capability centre (GCC) ecosystem where it aims to provide end-to-end services to set up, scale and operate such centres across India and key international markets in what it sees as a $105 billion market opportunity.
The new business, named Origint - Powered by Quess, will provide services such as blueprinting, regulatory compliance, real estate, infrastructure management, digital onboarding, AI-powered hiring, and managed operations for global enterprises. It will also offer bespoke solutions for firms seeking shared service hubs, tech delivery centres, R&D units, or customer experience operations.
India is now home to more than 1,700 GCCs with 120 new centres added in 2024 alone. These centres contributed to 17% YoY tech workforce growth, adding nearly 1.8 lakh jobs in 2024, and the market is projected to reach $105 billion by 2030, employing 24 lakh professionals.
