ANSR, ServiceNow partner to launch AI-enabled GCC platform, 1Hub
ANSR’s new AI-powered GCC command and control platform aims to provide a complete overview of an organisation’s activity, enabled by ServiceNow's technology.
ANSR, a global capability centre (GCC) specialist firm, in collaboration with ServiceNow, on Tuesday launched 1Hub, an AI-powered GCC command and control platform.
In a statement, ANSR said 1Hub will serve as the command-and-control platform for GCCs, providing a single command centre to orchestrate all workflows from HR to finance to operations. It aims to help enterprises establish, manage, and scale their global operations.
As enterprises expand globally, they face a fundamental challenge of maintaining operational consistency and unified data across regions while configuring enterprise systems to suit local requirements, workflows, and operations.
“AI is redefining how enterprises operate their GCCs. With 1Hub, we are delivering a single AI-powered command and control centre that enables companies to be up and running in under 45 days, with complete global systems integration and local compliance readiness," said Vikram Ahuja, Co-founder and Managing Director, ANSR.
According to the statement, 1Hub has already onboarded over 10,000 users. It claimed that organisations can establish fully integrated GCCs in under 45 days with complete global connectivity and local compliance readiness.
The platform is powered by ServiceNow AI Agents, which drive efficiency across functions, including employee onboarding, personalised L&D, automated expense management, procurement workflows, and HR and IT support responses.
The 1Hub platform has a centralised monitoring and management hub that tracks, manages, and monitors all GCC activities and key operational metrics in real-time. The control tower provides oversight across all GCC functions, measuring performance against industry best practice benchmarks to ensure optimal operations, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement.
Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, Managing Director and GVP, ServiceNow India, said, "ANSR's new app, built on the ServiceNow AI Platform, works with customers to seamlessly integrate customisable agentic AI capabilities that bring data and workflows together to accelerate enterprise transformation.”
