3) Heldergroen, Amsterdam. This design studio has its workstations suspended from the ceiling. The moment the office hours end, i.e., at 6 pm, the workstations are retracted leaving an empty span of office space. The workstations include all desks, tables, and other work surfaces along with their computers are hauled up to the ceiling using cables. These cables are strong steel cables which are normally used in theaters to move around heavy props. Since it is automated, your half-eaten apple, personal water bottle, or even the coffee mug will be pulled up too! 4) TBWA, NYC. The organization culture in this ad agency deliberates impromptu interactions and collaborations. Designed by Italian artist and architect Gaetano Pesce, the office is outdoors-inspired with a huge span of wild and open floor plan which includes a full basketball court, big-screen TV and actual trees inside the building. The company strictly allocates no desks which mean employees sit in different places every day. This provides a perfect interactive ambience needed for a successful ad firm.

6) Adobe. Known for its out-of-the-box thinking and products that are synonymous with creativity, Adobe conscientiously follows the culture of avoiding “micro-managing”. They feel that rating system hampers creativity and workflow.
