Shiprocket, founded in 2017 by Saahil Goel, Akshay Ghulati, and Vishesh Khurana, is a technology-driven platform that provides ecommerce sellers and businesses with various tools and services to streamline their shipping and delivery processes.

Some of the key features and services that Shiprocket provides are shipping aggregation by multiple courier companies and shipping carriers, easy integration with various e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc., automated Order processing using label generation, and tracking updates, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.

Shiprocket also negotiates shipping rates with courier partners, which provides sellers with reasonable shipping rates. Other features include shipping analytics, international shipping, and customer support to address any shipping-related queries or issues.

It secured initial funding in 2018 and used it to expand its operational capacity. And in the subsequent years, it experienced customer growth.

This growth momentum continued in 2020 with the introduction of user-centric features and a growing presence among e-commerce sellers, particularly SMEs. By 2021, it managed to get a decent position as an Indian logistics and shipping provider.
