Hareeni is a woman on a mission... an entrepreneurial mission to be exact.. well those were somewhat the exact words she uses to refer to her vocation in life. She says "Corporate Chimes is on a mission! As a new age independent boutique consulting firm focused on Reputation Management, it wants to make Public Relations the lead discipline in the communications mix, because it believes that only Public Relations has the immediacy and transparency to build credibility and trust for brands and companies. "

Born with a passion and determined to raise the bar of the profession, Corporate Chimes believes in the power of comprehensive, thoughtful and creative approaches to enhance reputation, recognition and trust for its clients.

Its power-packed strategic communications initiatives that align with its client’s character and business goals are executed in ways that resonate with all the key audiences. Conventional PR practice is just one potential tactic in our toolkit.

"This is a new era of mass personalization. Communications is in constant change and I believe, people expect greater participation with brands and companies. This requires companies to constantly evaluate their stakeholder management abilities with a working combination of tested conventional communications strategies and the wisdom to generate creative approaches to the new communication challenges. Corporate Chimes is geared to accomplish exactly that."

While striving to bring the highest level of personal and professional integrity to the execution of the work they do, they are also willing to break conventions and induce originality to their thinking. "With our independent thinking, we bring conviction and passion to our work, and therefore, better solutions to our clients. More appropriately, Corporate Chimes is confident of its role, its business and its future."

The purpose of the company is simple. They turn the better into the best. "The difference maker at Corporate Chimes is that we are all “Consultants by Choice." They are also planning to grow with Strategic partnerships, good in international clients ,and by hiring great Consultants who are “Consultants by Choice”.

When we asked her why she chose this line of work she replied "In view of maintaining a work home balance, I decided to quit my 9-5 job, being on my own helps me to manage my time better. " As for the challenges that she faces she answers with the air of someone who practices customer service "The challenges in PR are immense and intense, they can vary from a demanding client, to an ignorant customer. The greatest challenge so far has been handling crisis without losing your cool, my never say die attitude probably helps me overcome these."

Though she quit entrepreneurship once ,her biggest regret is actually that she quit her first company when he was 25 . From what i can tell those are tell tale signs of a hardcore entrepreneur. Her company is self funded and has grown a 100%, with an all metro presence, which is not just good but great for a 8 month old PR firm.

Garnering the right clients, and right consultants has been a critical factor that marked their growth. When asked if the accolades have been coming their way she replies "My clients will probably endorse the same, they have felt value and experience "Consulting in every sense". We have weaned clients from a pure play media relations role to an integrating marketing communications role. We function like the outsourced Marketing Communication department of corporates young small and medium enterprises, who cannot afford internal resources for the role."

Candidly confessing that she feels like quitting when payments are delayed she loves entrepreneurship because of... "The challenges, the work satisfaction, the fact that it is convenient and helps to bring the home work balance."

When it comes to future goals she says "I want my organization to have built, some astounding case studies, that can be presented in the various international forums, we must be able to create a category called Start ups. I would think that the greatest aspiration is when we become an employer by choice to budding PR professionals." A topper in her subject in Bharthiya Vidya Bhavan, she considers Client testimonials to be her biggest awards. The message from her is clear "My tips to all the new age entrepreneurs are innovate your business as often you can.” Innovate to Excel”. We hope the readers at Yourstory are all ears to what this lady has to say because she sure knows what she is talking about.
