TiE Bangalore is pleased to announce TiE Institute’s first workshop of the year.Path Finder- A theatre & NLP based workshop to develop skills for entrepreneurs on 20 Jan 2010 (06:00 PM - 09:00 PM) at TiE Office, Langford Road, Bangalore.This is in a continuing series of workshops aimed at educating entrepreneurs in creating and scaling a business. Conducted by entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs to facilitate experiential learning, TiE-Institute will focus on topics related to the practicalities of building a successful business. Take aways from the workshop: During the training process of two hours the following areas will be explored in brief to give each participant a working know-how and strategies that can be used on a daily basis.
Visioning: “Living in the future before you get there” is how every successful entrepreneur has made it in the business world and has thus been not only able to dare to dream, but in fact has been able to make this dream a living, waking reality.
Stress Management: Simple yet powerful techniques that borrow from Yoga, Theatre and Interplay.
Change Management: Principles of Change blended with Improve theatre, Personal reflection and NLP.
Conflict Management: Exploring conflicts when giving birth to business idea. Accepting conflicts in all areas and learning to use the power of conflicts for personal and business gain form the frame of this module.
Methodology: Theatre, yoga, NLP and interplay techniques will be blended to create a unique process that engages each participant to connect with themselves and with the group, to explore and create a future that is realized.
Presenter Profile : Rahul George is a theatre developer, trainer and drama therapist based in Bangalore, India. Join the Dots (JTD), the professional, personal and life skills training company, is his brainchild. With a strong educational background (MBA in Marketing) and vocational experience which include working with leading companies Leo Burnett & Rediffusion. Rahul is well versed with the ins and outs of the corporate world.
