His intelligence and ability to learn more motivated him to be an entrepreneur. He started his dream project Integral Fusion in 2005 with some of his friends and never looked back.

He invested most of his personal capital in the business which was a benchmark of his confidence on his business. He invested sixty thousand from his own pocket and the company gave a turnover of sixty lacs in the first year itself. A rare achievement for a start up. But it was not a smooth ride for Rahul. Rahul’s biggest mistake as an amateur was un-managed cash flows.

Cash registers were ringing but they were not managed properly that created a lot of problem in finances and ate up lot of his precious productive time. But once that was settled things started sailing smoothly. The biggest challenge faced by them was retaining employees. But they have taken many employee beneficial steps to make them feel comfortable and relate to the company better. “We connect with our staff on personal level than any terms so that way we are referred by people who like Integral's freedom at work concept and there is a space provided to everyone to innovate.” says Rahul.

As far as achievements and recognitions are concerned Integral Fusion has a long list. They have established offices across the length and breadth of the globe. Their current offices are in Africa, US, UK & the Asia-Pacific. The company that started in a two bedroom apartment with only two employees has more than fifty employees and a sprawling office in New Delhi today. The biggest achievement for Rahul and Integral Fusion was that it spread its wings to four countries within four years of its operation. Another achievement has been his expert team that handles almost all mission critical situations in the perfect manner that has made them the most preferred supplier. “Moving up the ladder from the last position to the first has been a tough job but a rather cherished one. We may not have received any awards but both our organizations have received accolades and appreciation for the kind of work we do. And good work is an honor by itself. Rahul loves the life of an entrepreneur. He feels that it is important to enjoy everything you do. Till the time you enjoy every moment of the work you do, you can put your best foot forward. According to him the key challenge for an Indian entrepreneur is tackling Government rules and regulations. But Rahul says don’t barge to do things the wrong way. He counsels the entrepreneurs to take advice from the one who has been there and done that. Learn from their experiences. It will refrain one from taking the wrong decisions. Also one must remember raising finance is important but time consuming. Cash flow management and right decisions on right time is the recipe for success. One should never be too early or too late.
