THE GATEWAY HOTELS SIGNS ITS SECOND HOTEL IN MUMBAI

• Brand’s second hotel in Mumbai
• Takes overall portfolio to 34 Hotels

Mumbai, February 10, 2010: The Gateway Hotels today announced the signing of its second hotel in Mumbai. The Gateway Hotels in association with Sunshine Housing Pvt. Ltd. will develop this hotel. Located off LBS Marg, the hotel will have 200 rooms, an all day dining restaurant, a bar and banqueting facilities. This announcement reinforces Bhandup’s emergence as a favoured commercial and retail destination. With this signing, Gateway Hotels takes its overall portfolio to 34 hotels across the country and further cements its presence across all major metros in India – Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi.
