Entrepreneur Rajesh T.S Reddy led July Systems Raises $ 7 Million in Series C Funding; investment intended to strengthen its leadership in mobile internet publishing and monetization

  • July Systems achieves 300 percent growth in revenues
  • Announces ESPN Cricinfo, Univision and Discovery Networks among its recent wins expanding its customer base to over 80 leading global media brands.July Systems, a leading provider of integrated mobile internet publishing and monetization solutions for the media entertainment and sports segment, today announced it has turned cash flow positive and secured a new $7 million Series C investment. The investment round was led by Intel Capital, with existing investor Sequoia Capital and Footprint Ventures participating. Details of the investment instrument were not disclosed.

July Systems also today announced that it has experienced strong growth over the past year, achieving 300 percent increase in revenues driven by the exponential growth in mobile internet consumption and a rapidly growing customer base. July Systems intends to use the funds to:

  • Augment its leadership position in the North American and Asia Pacific region by growing July System’s sales, business development and operations teams.
  • Deepen the R&D investment in the company’s Mi™ platform, including its cross-platform publishing across mobile web and native applications, rich media advertising technologies, real-time interactive video and micro-payment management systems.
  • Catalyze an ecosystem of publishers, advertisers and distribution channels to deliver incremental monetization for all stakeholders.
