Entrepreneurs' Helpline - Nurture Talent Academy featured in Business Today's India's Hottest Startups Story

Monday June 14, 2010 , 2 min Read

Nurture Talent Academy, India's 1st Training Institute for Entrepreneurs, has been featured in the cover story on India's Hottest Startups by Business Today in its recent issue. This is a remarkable achievement for a small company, which started as recently as 1st of January, 2010. Within a short time period, the company has already achieved significant milestones of training 200 startups across 7 cities of India, on various topics like how to start a company, finance, marketing and how to make a business plan.

Amit Grover, Founder of Nurture Talent Academy, said on the occasion, "Being featured in this prestigious list of startups is an honour and an outcome of our focus on supporting our startup customers. We are thankful to all the startups who have shown confidence and support for our venture, and have given us the chance to serve them. Our vision is to give shape to 1000 startups in next few years, who in turn will generate atleast 20000 jobs for the country."

The model of workshops, usually as short 1-day sessions, followed by Nurture Talent Academy is unique in that its highly interactive and always focuses on participants queries and concerns rather than speakers' agenda. "We always invite an investor and entrepreneur for the session, which adds to the learning through presentations and excel sheets, which are tailor-made for startup ventures. The feedback from our participants is very positive.", said Amit. Amit himself is an IIT Delhi and IIM Indore alumnus, and has previously worked with Infosys, Asian Paints and Onida, before starting Nurture Talent Academy. He is also a member of Mumbai Angels, a group of angel investors, and has led over 20 early stage deals in last 3 years.
