Shoefitr is an online fitting platform that shows shoppers how a shoe fits and recommends the best fitting size. The big problem with ordering shoes online is that shoppers can't try them on before they order. Shoefitr solves this problem by creating a database of internal shoe measurements which we acquire using 3D imaging technology. When a customer is shopping online and finds a shoe he wants to buy, Shoefitr asks for the shoe and size he currently wears, compares those internal measurements to the shoe he wants to buy, and recommends the right size. Shoefitr also provides two visual tools to help shoppers figure out how a new shoe will fit.

How does it work?

1. Scanning Technology

Shoefitr uses 3D scanning technology to scan insides of shoes. Each scan provides measurements pertinent to fitting a shoe to a foot.

2. Shopper Input

When a customer is shopping online and finds a shoe he wants to buy, he tells Shoefitr the size and model of the shoe he currently wears.

3. Compare

Shoefitr then compares the measurements of the shoe the shopper is currently wearing to the one he wants to buy and recommends the correct size.

4. Expert Fitting Tools

Shoefitr also provides two fitting tools showing how the selected shoe will fit so the shopper can see if it will accommodate his personal preferences.
