NZymeTech Declared Winner At The Microsoft BizSpark India Startup Challenge 2011

NZymeTech was declared winner of the first Microsoft BizSpark India Startup Challenge in India last week and was awarded a total grant of US$40,000. NZymeTech is a patent pending product from Wallop Media aimed at simplifying digital advertising.The challenge was announced in April 2011 where over 400 technology startups enrolled; of which, 15 were shortlisted for the finals on 23rd June in Bangalore.

In the finale, the participants were assessed based on innovation, market potential and compelling story behind the business idea.

NZyme is a homegrown technology of global standards enabling conversion of static images into rich media interactive ads with upto 3 times faster ad-serving enabled using Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Our ads work well across web, mobile and tabloid platforms and we will be porting it on Windows 7 phone”, added N Kiran, Co-Founder, Wallop Media.

Microsoft BizSpark Challenge encourages start-ups in the field of product software to showcase their innovative business plans, receive feedback, and mentorship from top investors and Microsoft. The challenge was open to startups that currently have product/IP and are leveraging Microsoft technologies.
