We fulfil the need for effective HR solutions in organizations of different scale & stages.

What is your market differentiator?

Cost arbitrage and Practitioner perspective in developing solutions and working with clients in solution implementation.

How did the idea for your startup come about? How much capital was required to implement the idea?

We wanted to build an organization to deliver value for clients in HR and co-create an organization of substance. My partner and I invested INR.1,00,000 to start up.

Tell us about your background.

I am a Post Graduate from Bangalore University in HR and a certificate program in change management from Cornell University. I started my career with strides arcolab, worked with HP, Infosys and OnMobile. After 17 years, I decided to build an organization on my own.

Let us know about the tie-ups that you have.

20 months into existence, we have worked with 27 clients, startups and SMEs for whom we remote manage HR. 54% of revenues from retained engagements with clients, average tenure of relationships with retained clients is about 12-14 months. When our clients say “we would like the partnership to continue indefinitely”, I know we have done what we set out to do – add value to our clients

Where do you see your start up five years from now?

Transcendix

I see Transcendix servicing both ends of the spectrum, startups to mega corporates.What is your revenue model?

Our revenue model is one of predictability through retained engagements and overarching revenue growth through non retained engagements

As an entrepreneur, what are your joys? What are the challenges?

The ability to define what we want to do, build a team which shares the dream and the passion and our values of being an ethical and value based organization and make that our core values has been terrific. Challenges , I wish we had more than 24 hrs sometimes, there is so much to do and so little time.

How big is your team?

We have 11 people team.

We would like to expand footprints beyond Bangalore, in Chennai, Mysore, Hyderabad.

Anything else that you want to share with us?

We started with 3 clients, now servicing 27 clients, in the last 20 months. Our clientele cuts across 9 verticals viz; Banking, Consulting, Education, IT,ITES, Manufacturing, NGOs, Pharma, Retail, Social enterprise Telecom, Vas, and Energy and Power Large Corporate : Performance Re-engineering, Change Management, Org. Diagnosis & Development. SME & Start-ups : HR Intervention’s & Operational Support. Most of our clients are based out of Bangalore, but we have serviced clients based out of Chennai, Noida, Hosur, Hyderabad, and Pondicherry.
