“Is it the right time for me to scale? How do I scale? Will it affect my current pace of my business? What can I do now so that I can scale easily later? How do I grow my venture from strength to strength?” If these thoughts are ruling the roost of your mind-space, then this workshop scheduled to be held on 6th August from 9am - 6pm might interest you. The workshop explores these challenges in a structured manner and suggests solutions to address them with individual attention to all participants.
Format
The workshop is divided into two main sections
Concepts & Exercises
In this section, the following topics will be discussed:
How to build scalability into a business from the start, Quick Dip Stick assessment of whether it is the right time to scale, Techniques/Strategies for Scaling
Each of these sections will have an interactive talk followed by a group exercise which helps apply the concepts learned to their own businesses.
One-on-One Session with the Faculty
In this section, every participant will get 1-1 time with one of the two mentors to discuss their specific challenges and how the concepts in the workshop can be mapped to their cases for actionable insights.
Faculty
The workshop is being conducted by two senior business advisors & mentors with multiple years of experience of building and scaling businesses.
Manish Singhal
Manish is an accomplished & proven leader, having worn many hats including those of a strategist, technologist, operations & process champion, mentor and counselor. His intuitive understanding of businesses and penchant to make it simple has helped him successfully navigate and resolve very complex business problems with a unique blend of "whatever it takes" and “do it right" approach. After a Btech from IIT Kanpur, in his career spanning multiple years, Manish has been in techno-managerial roles across different companies like Sling Media, Ittiam and Motorola. He now works as a business coach with SMEs and start-ups as Chief Saarthi at Saarthi Integrated Consulting LLP
Vaibhav Tewari
Vaibhav has extensive expertise in creating & scaling businesses. He is a serial entrepreneur and founder of o2s360, a mobile loyalty and customer engagement solution for consumer businesses. Before this venture, he founded iSeva, one of India’s first & very successful BPO companies, which was eventually acquired by e4e. Under his leadership the organization grew from 15 employees to over 2200 employees. He holds a B Tech from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

The workshop is open for start-ups however it is more beneficial for businesses in revenue stage and looking to take the next step.
Fees
5,000/- per head. Early bird discount of 20% for registrations before July 15th. Group discounts are available for multiple registrations from the same organization.
