In his current role of an unbiased, neutral Cloud Specialist, he offers strategic advice and coaching to enterprises and startups. He helps them adopt and take advantage of the cloud. Founder and driving force of an initiative called GetCloudReady.com, he enables Architects, Developers and IT Professionals to be ready for the Cloud and thereby get people, processes, products and business applications to leverage the benefits of the Cloud. He is also the Author of an eBook on Cloud Computing, ‘Demystifying the Cloud’ that is downloaded more than 75,000 times in 6 months.

Previously, he was at Amazon as the Technology Evangelist and before that as a Technology Architect – Cloud at Microsoft Corporation. He has been a catalyst of the Cloud revolution in India by being an independent authority on Cloud Computing as a Blogger, a Cloud Evangelist, a Speaker, an Advisor and Mentor to startups.

Praveen Bhadada is a Director with Zinnov, a management consulting company focused on helping fortune 500 companies in the technology space with respect to their globalization strategy. In his current role Praveen is also responsible for heading the NCR operations of the company. Zinnov has grown rapidly over the last few years across its global operations and has set up global practices in the areas of offshore advisory, market expansion and human capital optimization. Praveen has experience working across all the BUs at Zinnov and has been part of many strategic assignments. His current goal is to expand Zinnov’s practice in the market expansion area with specific focus on Cloud computing/ SaaS, Small & medium business (SMBs) and Government.

Prior to joining Zinnov, he was associated with grail research (a Monitor Group company). grail research is a global research firm with client in the areas of Financial Services, Private Equity, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Telecom and FMCG in Asia, Europe and Africa

Praveen has an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi
