eTechies Expands into Pune; Support Providing Services on an Upswing

Service providers giving you technical support, concierge services, customer support and such are growing rapidly. Entrepreneurs and investors both are aware of this and are pushing the envelope for such services.

Jeeves, a repair and maintenance servicing portal recently raised funding from Seedfund. Even though founded in 2007, Jeeves has grown in popularity recently and has seen a spike.
More concierge services like Chachii and MyPeon have come up.
eTechies, a "Door-step, Online and phone” technical support & repair service for Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other digital devices received funding of $2 million from Inventus earlier this year.

eTechies has been expanding fast in the past months post the funding. In the last 6 months, it has opened up centres Bangalore and Okhla. Recently, they spread footprint to Pune. “We started with the idea of establishing a service platform which was unavailable to Indian consumers & SMBs. With the affirmative responses received for our centers in Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, we are very excited about our new expansion to Pune.
