Snapdeal.com appoints Former Bharti Retail and Barings Private Equity Executive, Aakash Moondhra as Chief Financial Officer

Snapdeal.com, e-commerce company has appointed Aakash Moondhra as the Chief Financial Officer. Aakash has over 15+ years of diverse experience in Banking, Corporate Finance and M&A, Strategy consulting and Private Equity. He has also been an entrepreneur and has worked extensively across Telecom, Technology and Retail industries.Aakash has been a part of the project team that concluded Bharti’s Alliance with Wal-Mart for Retail, and was also a part of the corporate strategy team during the merger of AT&T with SBC in USA. He held key roles in various teams at Barings Private Equity, Accenture, AT&T (Financial Leadership Program) BhartiAirtel&Bharti Retail, Nokia and I-Farm Ventures.

Aakash has completed his MBA from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business, Dallas, TX, USA in Finance & Strategy, is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and completed Advanced Strategic Management course from the University of Michigan.
