One of India's Biggest Broker Firm, Geojit BNP Paribas Deploys Heckyl's Financial Platform

Mumbai Based startup, Heckyl is a real time provider of financial information. Also a 2011 Tech30 company, Heckyl had raised $ 1 million in funding from Seedfund and has managed to acquire some impressive clients during their journey. In an announcement today, Heckyl informed us that Geojit BNP Paribas will now use Heckyl's Financial Information Platform.

Geojit BNP Paribas, a pioneer in online trading in India has 25 years of in-depth broking experience in the Indian Capital Market with more than 644,000 clients, a network of over 540 offices and manages assets worth over Rs 12,172 crores (as of 31st March) in Assets Under Management. Having been able to get Geojit as a client is a huge achievement for Heckyl and will put a huge thrust to their sails.

 

What exactly is the product?

Heckyl is a real time Financial Information platform connecting brokerages and traders. Heckyl Provides real time news analytic and sentiment mining dashboard that curate information from millions of trusted sources, including Government websites, Company Filing, Patent Office, High Courts, Twitter etc.

Heckyl – FIND Dashboard gets integrated with the Trading Terminals of Brokerages.  This makes the trading terminal immensely powerful, as traders can get real time news analytics, sentiments, Research Ideas, Economic events, Rating Updates, Results directly streaming into the trading.

Co-founded by Mukund Mudras, Heckyl considers the entire web as its local database, and uses it proprietary technology to ferret out the sources of information that matters to the customer, their business and investments.
