Resolvity Inc joins hands with Ozonetel; VoiceGain customers to be transferred
Arun Santhebennur, cofounder and CEO, Resolvity Inc, was looking for new global opportunities in mobile applications and cloud speech recognition with the VoiceGain platform, and, started looking for a partner to address the needs of the Indian cloud market. Founded in 2007, Ozonetel with its KooKoo platform has been in this field since quite some time. Also, in the last three years it has built a Telco-grade infrastructure with the Indian market in mind and launched Cloud Contact Center and Cloud based Unified Business Communication system as a service addressing 30 million MSMEs. CSN Murthy, CEO of Ozonetel feels that it is a win-win situation for the customers and both companies.
Mahesh Rajagopalan, co-founder and President of Resolvity, explains that VoiceGain has diversified into various businesses such as hospitality, travel, realty, retail, professional services, and hi-tech, and believes that India’s growing SMEs shall benefit from this offering.
Ozonetel crossed 4000 developers in 2012, and has handled more than 600 million calls to date, on track to cross 1 billion calls by the middle of 2013. Post the launch of BizPhone, CloudPBX solution for SMEs in 2011, Ozonetel went ahead to launch CloudAgent, a full featured contact center on the cloud in the middle of 2011. In next couple of months all Voice Gain's India customers will be completely on-boarded to Ozonetel platform, and the team shall begin exploring possibilities of working together in multiple geographies.
Already enterprises like Indiamart, Agarwal packers and many other customers across 20+ verticals utilize Ozonetel’s services for their contact center technology. On a concluding note, CSN Murthy, CEO of Ozonetel, adds that educating SMEs about Cloud based solutions is still a challenge.
