The company’s new support for AWS' Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) allows users to take advantage of advanced AWS features. VPCs bring additional security to applications along with a new layer of complexity that is especially hard to handle without a visual representation of its configuration. Users can simply drag and drop subnets, route tables, elastic network interfaces, and more to a canvas and provision that to a real running environment with a single click.

With the new funding, MadeiraCloud will continue to enhance its Visual Cloud Management Platform by expanding the development team and establishing a sales and marketing office in San Francisco. In addition, Madeira will expand to provide more comprehensive support for mobile and tablet users.
