Thursday July 04, 2013 , 2 min Read

TechSparks is the flagship event of YourStory that is a recognition platform for technology product startups in India. In its 4th edition now, TechSparks is a multi city event which is now coming to Delhi after going to KochiMumbai and Hyderabad.

The event is scheduled for July 13, 2013 at the India Habitat Centre and we have got an amazing lineup of speakers for the half day event. After Deep Kalra and Amit Ranjan, the two experienced entrepreneurs, we have Kavin Bharti Mittal, the brain behind Hike sharing his journey with you.

Standing up to apps like Whatsapp and WeChat is quite a tall ask. But the joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and Japanese company, SoftBank (BSB) has resulted in an interesting messaging application, Hike. It is rapidly growing in popularity, both nationally and internationally. The app has been sanctioned a $7 million USD from BSB and given the traction the app is seeing, it is definitely in contention with the giants in the smartphone messaging app space.

The brain behind Hike’s strategy and innovation is Kavin Bharti Mittal. This Imperial College grad has been instrumental in the growth and adoption of Hike. He also works on strategy and new product development at BSB and brings a lot of current knowledge about the mobility ecosystem in India.

Kavin is a part of our awesome speaker line up at TechSparks 2013’s Delhi edition. He will speak about his journey and learnings about the mobile ecosystem from his experience of rolling out and scaling Hike.

Come, be a part of this grand startup event!
