PayUPaisa, the new online payment solution from PayU India, recently announced to make its payment gateway services absolutely free. In an effort to attract more users, it has rolled out a zero transaction charges offer from 1st July 2013. This means that merchant doesn’t need to pay any TDR (Transaction Discount Rate or Merchant discount Rate) to PayUPaisa on any transaction.Along with this, PayUPaisa offers a gamut of free tools like webstores, webfronts and e-mail invoice to anyone who wants to collect money online. Zero Transaction charge offer is valid till 30th September 2013. With this offer, PayUPaisa will be competing against PayZippy, online payment solution from Flipkart. ZERO transaction charge offer, says Nitin Gupta, the co-founder and CEO, PayUPaisa will revolutionize the online payment industry encouraging more sellers to take the online route and help in further adoption of online payment. The firm claims not to charge any - transaction charge, setup cost, taxes, hidden fees and annual maintenance charges.

PayUPaisa has more than 4000 merchants on board. Sellers who already own a website can too integrate with PayUPaisa at zero setup cost. On other hand, PayUPaisa makes buying totally safe for consumers. PayUPaisa gives the control to a buyer even if he has paid online and refunds money back to the buyer if something goes wrong through its strong dispute resolution mechanism.
