reviewBuddha: A customer engagement review tool for e-retail businesses
Consumers are increasing moving online for shopping and there are tons of choices available for a shopper. There are discount coupons, variety, etc. which influences a buyer but their final decision is also based on a few pre conceived notions like the reputation of the site, customer service and product transparency. Founded by Dhiraj Bajaj, reviewBuddha tackles this issue. It provides customer engagement tools for e-Retail businesses which helps e-Shops to provide product transparency (collect reviews about products based on measurable features, display product reviews on product pages), measure and improve customer treatment, identify and engage top customers.
Dhiraj is an engineer who worked with an MNC for five years before moving onto Musicfellas and decided to startup four months ago. reviewBuddha currently has 10 e-tail players with whom they’re doing a beta to collect feedback and make the product better. At the moment, it is a social reviews widget for businesses which collects and displays reviews based on relevant product features from the customers. And for the users, it is a widget that displays Ratings snapshot, recommendation rate and average overall rating at the top by techniques like sentiments analysis and text-processing (NLP).
Completely bootstrapped, reviewBuddha is based out of Delhi and is a small team of two. The product is free for the beta users and the pricing will be fixed once the value proposition is validated. reviewBuddha is open for early access for e-Retail businesses who are interested can reach out to them.
