Former Zomato executive Neel Ghose's Robin Hood Army collects excess food from restaurants and distributes it to those in need. He began by feeding 150 homeless people, and now the social startup feeds over 2.75 lakh people a month across 80 cities across the world. The New Delhi-based startup operates in a hyperlocal hub-and-spoke model, with ‘chapters’ in different regions and localities.

We all want to lose that excess weight and many of us rely on fitness and food tracking apps to keep a check. Founded by Rishi Bhojnagarwala, Tech30 startup Bon Happetee helps users calculate the food consumed in easy measures. It helps make informed choices about food, and lets people eat what they want, while helping them lose weight.

Timesaverz was born out of a working mother's time management dilemma. Debadutta Upadhyaya's idea to have an on-demand home services platform where customers could book home services over an app, website or directly call the customer care or chat with their executives. The company helps book services from deep cleaning to repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical fittings, carpentry and even pest control.

Aryabhatta Robotics' Zorro platform uses face analysis and recognition solutions help retailers leverage competitive insights. Founded in July 2017 by Alok Mishra and Sankara Srinivasan, the platform can help schools in running classroom behaviour studies, and even help restaurants to engage their customers better.

Sanjeev Sharma, the founder of Swaayatt Robots, returned to India to build a product company in 2014. Today, Swaayatt's technology makes a game-changing point. It removes the need for network and carrier companies to be part of the connected car ecosystem. With Swaayatt each car can drive by itself thanks to an onboard computer communicating to the onboard cameras through a LAN and making all the self-drive decisions.
