The festive bells are ringing loud and clear! With Holi around the corner, Amazon India on Wednesday announced the launch of Holi Store on Prime Now, its online store for grocery and other essentials.
For those who have not already stocked up on all the essential products for Holi like colours, snacks, and beverages, Amazon’s Prime Now will deliver all Holi-related utilities to your doorstep within two hours, making festive shopping easier for Indian users, said a release.
Siddharth Nambiar, Head - Prime Now of Amazon India, said,
“On Prime Now, we offer everything a customer may need or desire delivered within hours. This Holi, we have curated a special store with Holi essentials from organic colours to snacks and cleaning supplies for post celebration convenience."
“Customers can even place an order on Holi day and get their orders delivered on the same day, in time for their celebrations,” he added.
The service will be available to customers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Hyderabad, where Prime Now has got a wide base covered.
According to the release, Prime Now will provide two-hour fast delivery to Prime members anytime between 6 am to midnight, and same-day two-hour slots from 6 am to 12 midnight to all customers.
Launched around two years ago, the Prime Now service has gradually expanded to include fresh produce from third party stores. It has also expanded its offering in the selection of fruits and vegetables, grocery, staples, meat, home, and kitchen essentials.
The selection also includes electronic accessories, soft furnishings, and small appliances such as mixer grinders and induction cookers.
