[TechSparks 2020] India’s largest startup-tech conference gets bigger, better, and all-virtual this year
For the first time-ever, TechSparks goes virtual. Join us on October 26-30, 2020, with an all-immersive, virtual, and global experience.
It's easy to see why TechSparks has grown to become India’s largest, most influential and highly-anticipated startup-tech conference. TechSparks has been credited for having fostered the growth of some of the most recognised Made in India brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs over its 11-year run.
For more than a decade, this flagship YourStory event has been instrumental in shaping the narrative of India’s technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem. It has helped startups raise more than $1 billion in funding, build over a million connections, and enabled the creation of around 300,000 jobs.
TechSparks 2020 aims to deliver all this and more — in a completely immersive digital experience.
Embracing the new normal, TechSparks 2020 will be location-agnostic for the first time. This means, participants can join the live sessions, masterclasses, product launches, and policy discussions; connect with leaders across sectors and across geographies; and network with their peers from the convenience of their homes, anywhere around the world.
At TechSparks 2020, YourStory will bring together the key stakeholders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for agenda-setting discussions that inspire future entrepreneurs, catalyse conversations, forge connections, and empower the next generation of changemakers.
“Every year we challenge ourselves to make TechSparks bigger, better and more impactful for our audiences. This year, by going virtual, we’ll be able to be more inclusive, bring on board many more international and Indian ecosystem leaders and impact at a scale like never before,” says Shradha Sharma of.
Here's a sneak peek at what we have lined up for you at TechSparks 2020:
Spotlighting Aatmanirbhar Bharat
In line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s clarion call for an Aatmanirbhar Bharat, TechSparks 2020 will also provide a platform to celebrate Made in India startups, ideas, innovations, and brands that will power a self-reliant India.
The event will also spotlight trends, innovations and emerging opportunities from key growth sectors, including digital transformation, edtech, fintech, agritech, healthtech, AI, ML, and SaaS.
Building global synergies
As a truly global event, Techsparks 2020 will also feature specially curated international tracks from country partners including the UK, US, Italy, Japan, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Sweden, among others.
These tracks will highlight the innovation ecosystem in these countries while also providing insights and collaboration opportunities for Indian startups looking to scale across geographies.
Ecosystem influencer connects
Forging connections with a potential VC, collaborator or mentor can make all the difference to startups. The TechSparks influencer connect forum is designed to help startups meet top VCs, enterprises, influencers, policymakers, corporate accelerators, business leaders, angel investors and other ecosystem collaborators in their sector, understand what they are looking for, and take their startup to the next level.
YourStory will curate one-on-one meetings with VCs and startups by sector, funding stage and other criteria. Using an innovative virtual networking interface, TechSparks will bring together key investors and entrepreneurs through one-on-one meetings, to help catalyse fruitful discussions.
Tech30 showcase
And like every year, we’ll also be unveiling 30 of India’s best upcoming, high potential technology startups with our Tech30 showcase.
Finalists get the opportunity to pitch live on the TechSparks platform and connect with the biggest names in the startup ecosystem including investors, mentors, and business leaders — through curated meetings.
