"For the very first time, after almost two decades being in matrimony services, we are launching a complete job portal—ManyJobs.com, a different vertical altogether. This will be the first India's grey collar job portal for job seekers," he told reporters.

Janakiraman said, as compared to white and blue collar jobs, grey collar jobs comprises customer service industry, sales, retail, hospitality sector and currently, a lot of job openings were available in this segment.

"This is the unique aspect of this portal. We want to focus on the grey color job sector as there is huge demand for employees. This is an exclusive platform for frontline and entry level job seekers in Tamil Nadu." he said.

Tamil Nadu Minister for Industries, TRB Rajaa, formally launched the ManyJobs.com at an event in Chennai.

"I congratulate ManyJobs.com for launching this initiative. I wish manyjobs.com will create many, many jobs in Tamil Nadu. It is good to launch the service in the State as Tamil Nadu is the investment capital of India and we will create many more jobs here," he said.

"We are launching this service in TN. After attaining success, we are planning to launch it across India," he said.

He said there was also a plan to collaborate with the Tamil Nadu government to offer training to freshers with relevant skills to become employable.
