Last week, the internet saw the emergence of a new buzzword to describe AI-generated work content that appears good but lacks substance.

WeWork India plans Rs 3,000 Cr IPO
WeWork India is preparing to launch its initial public offering on October 3, in a share sale expected to raise nearly Rs 3,000 crore, according to people familiar with the matter. The offer will close on October 7, with anchor investor bidding opening on October 1, per the company’s red herring prospectus.
The company’s IPO comes amid a wave of coworking-focused listings in India. Awfis Space Solutions Ltd, for example, went public in May 2024, while Smartworks Coworking Spaces listed this July.
