Dezerv raises Rs 350 Cr in Series C round led by Premji Invest and Accel funds
Dezerv plans to deepen its technology stack, grow its roster of relationship managers, and launch new offerings across asset classes.
Wealth management platform has raised Rs 350 crore in a Series C round led by Premji Invest and Accel’s Global Growth Fund, with continued participation from Elevation Capital and Z47.
The company said it will use the fresh capital to bolster the client experience and expand Dezerv’s investment offerings across asset classes. The company also plans to deepen its technology stack, grow its roster of relationship managers, and move closer to becoming a full-stack wealth manager catering to entire families, not just individuals.
The latest round brings its total capital raised to more than Rs 850 crore.
Founded in 2021 by Sahil Contractor, Sandeep Jethwani, and Vaibhav Porwal, Dezerv manages over Rs 14,000 crore across portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), and distribution assets. The platform serves clients in more than 200 cities and has enabled over 500,000 Indian investors to track and analyse Rs 2 lakh crore in assets through its app.
“India’s wealth creators have built their wealth through hard work, grit and sacrifice, and it deserves to be managed with the same determination and care with which it was created,” said Sandeep Jethwani, Co-founder of Dezerv.
“This fresh capital will help us deepen these capabilities and strengthen our foundation to build a pioneering financial institution.”
Premji Invest Partner Saravanan Nattanmai said Dezerv’s assets under management (AUM) were on track to quadruple by year-end, driven by “resilient client flows and a combination of organic and inorganic capital allocation.” He added that the company’s AI-enabled, technology-first approach and uniquely trained relationship management team positioned it to set new industry standards for risk-adjusted returns and superior client outcomes.
“Dezerv is taking a long-term view of wealth management to build an enduring financial institution. The company is serving India’s emerging class of wealth creators with a deep focus on trust, technology, and disciplined investing,” said Abhinav Chaturvedi, Partner at Accel.
Z47 Managing Director Vikram Vaidyanathan noted that the founders’ “unique insight, clarity of purpose and delightful customer experience” were setting Dezerv apart as it aims to become “India’s most trusted, full-stack wealth manager.”
Elevation Capital Partner Mridul Arora said Dezerv’s “customer-first platform” and “transparent, aligned pricing” were translating into “rapid scale, industry-leading retention, and deep client trust.”
