SquadStack introduces outcome-based pricing for Voice AI
Voice AI platform SquadStack.ai has introduced outcome-based pricing for its AI sales agents, linking fees to revenue generated rather than minutes spoken or conversations handled. The model is currently available for sales applications in banking and financial services, with expansion to other sectors planned in the coming months. SquadStack said the new approach moves away from the industry's prevailing focus on per-minute pricing, which typically ranges between Rs. 2 and Rs. 6.
Under the new model, customers pay a low fixed base fee along with a success fee tied to business outcomes. Before deployment, SquadStack works with customers to map sales funnels, establish baseline metrics and estimate the potential impact of its agents. In personal lending, the company earns a fee on loans disbursed through conversations handled by its agents, while credit-card use cases are linked to cards issued.

The programme follows a 28-week structure covering three progressive cohorts — AI Builder, AI Architect and AI Operator — under a single enrolment priced at less than Rs. 10,000. The programme is designed around orchestrated, multi-agent AI systems rather than individual tool-based automations such as chatbots or voice agents.
Learners enrolling in Cohort 1.0 automatically receive access to Cohorts 2.0 and 3.0 without additional charges. The programme also features weekly live sessions every Saturday, where new automations are built with the community, along with dedicated Q&A access to the Haus of Intelligence team.
