Mr. Abhay Vohra is the Partner at Burgeon Law heading the general corporate and commercial practice of the firm. Coming with an experience of more than a decade, he has extensively advised clients on diverse areas of practice like transactional advisory, JVAs, collaboration and revenue sharing arrangements, technology transfers and corporate/commercial law. [He extensively advised clients in various sectors on their day to day corporate/commercial law issues like general advisory, contract drafting, negotiations and opinions, contract and transaction structuring, advisory etc.] He proactively advises clients on the structuring of business division/verticals and contractual organization thereof, in diverse areas and sectors like health-tech, online consultation, Fin-tech, online games and fantasy tournaments, celebrity engagement, shared mobility etc. He is a graduate from The WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata post which he had worked with L&L partners and JSA for 5 years.
