Abhishek Rastogi

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Abhishek was a Director at PwC (Mumbai), specializing in Indirect Tax. Abhishek has argued some key Indirect Tax matters before various courts and tribunals. He has also aargued several landmark writ petitions before various High Courts.
