Aditya Nair is a seasoned leader & operator with deep experience in technology, finance and management consulting. Aditya is currently Head of Fulfillment and Member of the Executive team at Turing Enterprises Inc. , the world’s leading tech services company in the cloud powered by AI and intelligent automation. Turing's groundbreaking Talent Cloud provides access to the world’s most deeply vetted developers, matched by AI. The company has over two million developers across 150 countries and over 900 customers, including global household names Disney, Pepsi, and Volvo. The company has received numerous awards, including Forbes 2022 “One of America’s Best Startup Employers,” The Information’s “Most Promising B2B Startup,” and Fast Company’s Annual List of the World’s Most Innovative Companies. Aditya leads end to end global fulfillment operations at Turing, and has been instrumental to the company's growth. He is a member of Turing's 8 member executive team, formulating and driving strategies to scale the company to greater heights. He previously also headed Turing's demand side partnerships team and the CEO's Chief of Staff/Special Projects team. Aditya completed his Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his undergrad from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He is based out of San Francisco.
