Anshul Gupta is the Co-founder of BOX8 and MOJO Pizza, both full-stack cloud kitchens that specialize in preparing and delivering Indian meals and Pizzas with 2X Toppings. After completing his graduation from IIT Bombay in 2010, Anshul worked as an investment banker. He gave it up to pursue his love for food and began his entrepreneurial journey.
