Crispino Lobo

Crispino Lobo is the Co-founder & Managing Trustee of Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR). He was the Program Coordinator of the Indo-German Watershed Development Programme (IGWDP) from 1989 till 2001. He led the development of the Capacity Building Program in the IGWDP (called the Participatory Operational Pedagogy – POP) and the Participatory Net Planning (PNP) which is now widely used in NABARD-funded projects and the national Integrated Watershed Development Program (IWMP).
