With over 17 years of operational, financial, and entrepreneurial experience. Gaurav Juneja is the Chief Revenue Officer for Kapture, a CX Saas business serving over 1000 marquee customers, like Flipkart, Meesho, BigBasket, and Exxon, among others, across 18 countries.
Before Kapture, Juneja led digitisation at Google, where he worked with some of the largest businesses in the country across verticals like retail, FMCG, auto, and BFSI to build seamless omnichannel customer journeys.
Before that, he co-founded StarQuik, an online grocery business, which was acquired by Tata Trent Ltd.
