Dr. Gaurav Hirey is the Founder & CEO of GoEvals Solutions Private Limited. Gaurav is digitech, communications and media enthusiast, who brings innovative full impact talent initiatives to life, helping organizations leverage their most important resource - their people. He has done his MBA from Newport International University, a course on digital transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge and has over 22+ years of experience in the Human Resources space. Before he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, Gaurav worked with prominent agencies such as Kantar, Group M, A.C. Neilsen and Network18. He was honored with the Doctorate in Excellence - Human Resources (Honoris Causa) in 2019 from C.I.A.C. (Confederation of International Accreditation Commission) & University of Entrepreneurship & Technology, USA. He has always endeavored to push the boundaries of the HR profession and has been recognised for all his efforts in every company that he has worked with. His personal drive to create excellence in this field gave him the idea for GoEvals. Gaurav has led multiple HR digital implementation projects working with diverse teams across the world for the last decade and more. In every instance he realized that all the projects were technology dominated and did not take into consideration the capabilities and the effort needed from the company’s perspective. He also observed that even post implementation which, always was a painful, long and expensive journey the impact delivered did not justify the time, effort and investment. He was sure that there was an easier way to leverage technology in the people management function and that is where the idea for creating GoEvals was born.
