Gunmeher Juneja

Gunmeher is a part of the General Corporate practice at L&S and has been involved in: (i) advising and assisting clients with transactions, including documentation, for acquisition and subscription of shares, services agreements, business transfer agreements; and (ii) opinions and advice in connection companies laws, contracts and foreign exchange laws. Her work experience comprises advisory and assistance to start-up companies and established companies from various industries including inter alia manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, finance and information technology.
